Position: Resident Liaison Officer
Location: Chelsea and Kensington

* Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Foster positive relationships with residents through regular communication and community engagement initiatives.
* Organize and facilitate community events, activities, and meetings to promote a sense of belonging and unity.
* Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident needs are met efficiently.
* Serve as an advocate for residents, actively listening to their feedback and working to implement improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback to inform decision-making processes.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathetic and compassionate approach to resident relations.
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and resident needs.
* Previous experience in customer service or community outreach preferred.
