SummarynMorgan Hunt are working with a leading social housing provider, currently looking for Specialist Surveyors to join their newly created damp and mould team.nAs a Damp & Mould Surveyor, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and addressing damp and mould concerns in resident's homes and communal areas. Reporting to the Senior Specialist Surveyor, you'll diagnose root causes and develop corrective specifications of work. Your excellent communication skills will be key in building trust and rapport with stakeholders.

ResponsibilitiesnConducting damp & mould surveys and producing schedules of work.nCollaborating with operational colleagues to provide technical support.nKeeping residents informed throughout the intervention process.nPerforming quality inspections of completed works.nMaintaining compliance with organisational standards and procedures.

About younPrevious experience in a similar role.nProficiency in building surveying techniques.nStrong communication and customer service skills.nFlexibility and excellent time management skillsnRICS or CIOB certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
