Our client, a successful North East Manufacturer, is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This Warehouse Supervisor role is a fantastic opportunity to join a small warehouse team and work closely with the Warehouse Manager to support the manufacturing and installation plans. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving business with multiple sites across the UK. You will have a specific focus on ensuring service levels to production are maintained and stock is managed accurately.

About the Warehouse Supervisor Role
The successful Warehouse Supervisor will provide front line leadership to the Warehouse Team, ensuring effective operation of daily activities of the Warehouse.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Conducting daily team briefs.
* Ensuring 5s standards and routines are maintained.
* Material requisitions actioned and closed out within agreed timescales.
* External deliveries booked in and located in a timely manner.
* Internally manufactured goods booked in and located in a timely manner.
About You
You will have a good understanding of ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with the ability to work under pressure and to time constraints.
Other requirements for the Warehouse Supervisor include:
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a small team.
* Effective communicator at all levels within the organisation and externally.
* Flexible with the ability to adapt to emerging priorities whilst maintaining a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement.
* Self-motivated and results oriented.
