Reliability Engineer

As a Reliability Engineer, you will analyse the reliability of plant machinery and equipment, performing data analysis to predict and control failures before they occur and to implement preventive actions to improve equipment reliability. You will also perform root cause analysis to ensure lessons learnt and preventative maintain planning.
In your first few weeks in this Reliability Engineer role, you can expect to:
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance reliability and reduce downtime
Conduct FMEA failure modes and effects analysis for all machines and equipment within the plant
Analyse mechanical, electrical, programing and operational problems on assigned equipment and make improvements and running adjustments to maintain maximum production output and quality levels.
To apply for this Reliability Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include:
A degree or equivalent within an engineering-related discipline
Experience in plant maintenance, reliability and preventative maintenance
Expertise in reliability engineering processes (FMEA, Fault Tree, Statistical reliability prediction)
Experience working within a busy manufacturing environment.
