Role Overview:
As a PPA Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high quality of teaching across a range of year groups. Key responsibilities include:
Collaborative Teaching: Partner with classroom teachers to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that enhance student engagement and academic achievement.
Assessment and Feedback: Mark and assess students' work, offering constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
