Real Estate Private Equity – Associate or Vice President
We are currently assisting a global investor in their search for a Real Estate Private Equity Associate or Vice President to join their team in London. Our client oversees the management of approximately $40 billion in assets and specialises in a broad range of real estate investments across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed industry, market, and company-specific research.
- Build and maintain complex financial models for deal analysis and portfolio monitoring.
- Participate in all stages of the transaction process, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and closing.
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee memoranda and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of relevant real estate experience gained in investment banking and private equity (or similar).
- Fluency in Spanish and French is required.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential.
