Client Services Director

The Client Services Director guides our clients through the consulting engagement, customizing the
implementation based on the product's therapeutic class and distribution channel, as well as the
company's objectives. The Client Services Director is responsible for tracking engaged workstreams to
support launch timelines and objectives. They are also the subject matter expert for Third Party Logistics
(3PL) and guides the client through the selection and implementation of their logistics partner.
Responsibilities
• Develops and maintains strong client relationships while providing consultative advice.
• Researches and resolves client and internal issues, identifying root cause and escalating as
needed.
• Creates and maintains detailed project plans, timelines and checklists, ensuring files are
organized and accessible within assigned system.
• Ensures regular client meetings are scheduled and materials are completed on time and meet
branding and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed on areas outside expertise (e.g., compendia strategy,
distribution strategy, licensing, e-prescribing, etc.)
• Analyzes distribution capabilities and advises clients regarding distribution channel strategy.
• Leads the client through a customized RFP development and analysis (e.g., pricing analysis,
serialization capabilities, state licensing, etc.) process for their 3PL vendors.
• Participates in 3PL calls and contracting, providing guidance throughout the post selection
process.
• Assists client in strategic channel decisions, creating process flows and policies and development
of launch materials.
• Ensure all required documentation is submitted to various distribution channels (e.g., wholesalers,
specialty pharmacies, specialty distributors, etc.) offering guidance on the distribution contracts
and policy development.
• Maintains a current knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
• Assist in sales presentations and other business development opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
Role Requirements
Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Equivalent experience may be substituted for
educational requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or marketing services industries required.
• Minimum 4 years of project management experience required.
• Project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Mural, Monday, Asana, etc.)
experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Advanced knowledge of 3PL, Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distribution and Wholesale/Retail
market.
• Knowledge of client management principles.
• Knowledge of project management best practices.
• Skill organizing and prioritizing work.
• Skill using MS Office suite.
• Skill working with individuals at all levels in the company.
• Skill documenting processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
• Ability to promote a positive team environment.
• Ability to work within deadlines.
• Ability to persuade, build consensus, and gain cooperation from others to accomplish goals.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally verbally and in writing.
