Validation Test Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Validation Engineer to join a worldclass process and packaging company within Aerosols, Coatings and Pharmaceutical industries.
The role will initially focus on performing tests on machines within our factory using preprepared test protocols to support the verification process of the machines. This is intended to provide consistency in the testing approach from one to the next, whilst also learning how each machine operates.

Validation Test Engineer - Responsibilities include:
* Performing tests on machines within our factory using preprepared test protocols to support the verification process of the machines.
* Reporting the outcome of tests and provide feedback to help improve the testing process
* Assisting technical personnel with the review and update of Equipment Design Specifications and Qualification Documentation
* Liaising with all departments during the equipment build process
* Preparing equipment Operator and Technical Manuals in line with relevant machinery standards and essential health and safety requirements for UKCA/CE marking, functional safety, ATEX certification
* Preparing Qualification Documentation expected by the Pharmaceutical Industry (DQ, IQ and OQ documents)
* Preparing Equipment Design Specifications for reference by customers and internal staff
* Interpreting customer User Requirements Specifications and support documentation
* Liaising with suppliers and customers Validation departments during projects
* Conducting Site Acceptance Tests at customers sites
Validation Test Engineer - Requirements include:
* demonstrate skills in mechanical, electrical and/or systems engineering (e.g. HNC trained engineering apprentice or engineering graduate
* Some previous work experience within an engineering environment)
* Have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Some previous testing experience would also be beneficial.
Validation Test Engineer Schedule- Monday - Friday
