Job Description: The Dynamics 365 CE Consultant will play a key role in delivering high-quality CRM solutions. This involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing ongoing support.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Consultation:


  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and objectives.
  • Conduct workshops and gather detailed business requirements.


Solution Design & Implementation:


  • Design Dynamics 365 CE solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Customize and configure modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using Power Platform.


  • Project Management:


  • Manage Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.


  • Training & Support:


  • Provide training to end-users and IT teams.
  • Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting.


  • Continuous Improvement:


  • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
