As a Contract Surveyor at Fairhive you can expect to be in a dynamic role and to be an integral member of our Property team, providing support to the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
About the Role,
We are looking for an ambitious individual with strong interpersonal skills who is able to multi-task to provide direction and support to the Planned Works Team.
On the Job you will:·
Act as contract administrator for planned maintenance and investment programmes.
Carry out property inspections, diagnosing remedial works
Carry out stock condition surveys including HHSRS surveys
About You,
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of a variety of projects and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers.
For this role you will need:
A relevant degree or substantial relevant experience / MRICS / MCIOB
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
good communication skills both verbal and written·
attention to detail·
strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise·
the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team,·
practical problem solving skills·
computer skills (MS Office)
