We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Project Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in managing the implementation of Dynamics 365 for our clients, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to go-live and beyond.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire Dynamics 365 project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable project plans and timelines.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and resources effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 (particularly the Sales and Customer Service modules) and be able to configure and customize the platform to meet client requirements.
  • Leverage Azure cloud services in conjunction with Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Oversee data migration and integration with existing systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers, business analysts, and other project resources.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, ensuring user adoption and maximizing the value of their CRM investment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 features and functionalities, as well as advancements in Azure cloud technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the CRM or ERP space.
  • Proven experience with successful Dynamics 365 implementations (Sales & Customer Service modules preferred).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Azure cloud knowledge a strong plus.
