All their homes are purpose built and bespoke in design incorporating all the latest design and innovation within the sector.You will be joining a leading provider of luxury care for older people, with an excellent reputation, high staff retention levels and consistently achieve awards for quality of care.Reporting into and deputising for the Head of Care you will be responsible for:Overseeing the clinical team ensuring all nursing needs are metOversee safe medication managementParticipate in staff recruitmentStaff performance managementManage the rota'sConduct and oversee effective handoversWe require someone who is / has: RGN qualified with current pinLeadership and management experienceExperience within the long-term elderly care sectorAwareness of COSHH and CQC regulationsFlexible approach to working hours to enable assessment of staff and resident needs across all shiftsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well performing and well regarded care setting in a beautiful location.
