Commercial Property Solicitor
Hybrid working/ Gloucestershire pay Up to £75,000
I am excited to represent a highly reputable, and national law firm. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join this progressive and supportive team. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in the success of the team, working closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and guidance.
The Role:
The role involves managing all aspects of commercial property transactions, including daily oversight of related work files.
The firm serves prominent regional and national clients, including FTSE100 companies, providing engaging, high-quality work in a supportive environment with excellent staff retention.
The candidate will work alongside and be supported by the Director, with assistance from paralegals and secretarial staff.
This position offers a varied but manageable caseload, ideal for skill development and building client relationships.
There are opportunities for career progression and the chance to join a growing team.
This is what you will be doing as a Commercial Property:
As part of this dynamic team, you will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial property cases, managing from inception to conclusion.
This is what you will be bringing to the team:
You will be either an Associate/ Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
In addition, you will have:
Strong commercial awareness and ability to work closely with clients to provide practical legal advice.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience of working with high-value transactions and complex legal matters.
