Role: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mildenhall
Hours: 40 - 45 per week
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their Lathe Area Department, crucial in their production. With the companies growth trajectory, this role offers opportunities for career advancement within our dynamic company.
Role & Responsibilities:
Maintain 16 Multispindle Lathe Machines and associated equipment in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Diagnose and rectify faults with machinery and equipment.
Conduct necessary machine and equipment maintenance, including mechanical part replacement.
Utilise maintenance software for task management and updates.
Collaborate with Service Engineers during visits.
Ensure spare part availability for uninterrupted production.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Provide maintenance support across various business areas as needed. Qualifications & Experience:
Experience with workshop machinery and equipment.
Proficiency in Production Machinery, particularly Lathe Machines, with 5-10 years in a maintenance role within a production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude for component replacement.
Self-disciplined, motivated, and adaptable to individual and team-based work.
Willingness to work outside regular hours and support other business areas.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across all personnel levels.
