Business Analyst

Liaise with the IT team along with the subsidiaries in the region, as well as Group IT to identify, coordinate and implement business enhancement projects. Also, to be fully involved in the roll-out of the LC Global Template solution.


*3 days a week on site*


Responsibilities

• Participate in the full project cycle implementation, including quality assurance and testing of solutions (standard, customised, 3rd party integrations).

• Work directly with business partners at different levels and translate business requirements into effective solutions based on current ERP, BI, and Retail systems.

• Lead gap / fit analysis between ERP/Retail/BI systems and business requirements, identifying gaps per type and criticality while proposing alternative solutions (work around, customization, 3rd party)


Skills

5+ years ERP implementation experience, mainly NAV/AX or other ERP products (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)

• Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems

• Understanding of aspects of business management and strategic evaluation

• Proven experience and knowledge of ERP systems
