Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters, including lifecycle management, architecture, and platform setup. Develop and maintain Kubernetes operators; ensure platform security and compliance. Build, optimize, and troubleshoot DevOps pipelines using GitLab and GitOps methodologies (Flux, Ethos). Write infrastructure as code for Azure environments; automate deployments and manage cloud resources. Develop scripts and tools in Golang and other relevant languages for automation and platform enhancement. Collaborate with SRE teams to debug applications, monitor system health, and ensure reliability. Onboard new applications to the platform, including understanding and deploying Helm charts and related manifests. Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes and improve developer experience. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (architecture, lifecycle, security, operator development). Strong Azure cloud expertise (AKS, networking, identity, resource management). Proficient in Python or Golang and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell). Experience with GitLab, Flux, GitOps, and Ethos. Solid understanding of SRE practices, application debugging, and monitoring. Familiarity with onboarding applications, Helm charts, and Kubernetes manifests. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of container security, RBAC, and policy management.
