A fantastic opportunity to work for a M&E Service Provider who are recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – electrical bias covering a handful of sites across the South-Wales area. Sites in Cardiff, Swansea and Newport area. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £36,500 per annum. With a company vehicle and fuel card provided. Overtime opportunities and fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Job Role:
You will be required to work between Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm with overtime opportunities available.
Engineers are expected to be very technically strong with great fault finding abilities and a desire to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment.
The role of a Mobile Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrical & mechanical services. Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.
Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on electrical and building services (L8, AHU maintenance, fire alarms, lighting testing, lighting repairs, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work)
Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;
* Emergency lighting
* AHU’s, FCU’s
* Pumps, Motors
* Plumbing
* Fans, Belts, Filters
* General maintenance
Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have:
* With at least 3 years experience in electrical building services
* Full UK CLEAN Driving Licence
* 18th edition
* City & Guilds Electrical level 3 installation or equivalent
* Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role
