Class Teacher

Are you a dedicated and resilient educator with experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective behaviour strategies?
We are currently seeking a passionate Class Teacher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students.
Effectively manage classroom behaviour and implement strategies to support students with challenging behaviour.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall planning and delivery of the curriculum.
Participate in school-wide activities and events.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience in managing challenging behaviour and implementing effective behaviour strategies.
Strong understanding of child development and different learning needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
