Role:
As a Junior Technician in the Electronics Production department, you will play a vital role in enabling the assembly, testing and integration of electronic components for autonomous robots. Under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers, your work will directly contribute to the successful production and deployment of these cutting-edge machines.
Responsibilities:

Assembly and Integration:
*
Collaborate with technicians and engineers to assist on the preparation and assembly of electronic components, harnesses, PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), sensors, motors, and actuators.
*
Perform routine maintenance on electronic systems to keep operational efficiency. Repair faulty components, ensuring proper functionality. Support RD with requirements for different prototypes or experimental setups if needed.
*
Quality Control and Testing:
*
Conduct thorough quality checks during various production stages. Test electronic components and assemblies for functionality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. Troubleshoot and rectify any defects or malfunctions.
*
Soldering and Wiring:
*
Perform precise soldering of components, connectors and PCBs. Wire harnesses and connectors, ensuring proper connectivity and insulation.
*
Documentation and Traceability:
*
Maintain detailed records of production activities, including serial numbers, batch codes, and assembly steps. Ensure traceability of components and sub-assemblies throughout the production process.

Collaboration with Production and Engineering Teams:
*
Work closely with technicians and engineers to provide feedback on manufacturability and assembly processes.
*
Process Optimization:
*
Continuously seek ways to improve production processes, enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize errors.
*
Safety and Compliance:
*
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during production. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
*
Basic knowledge of electronics assembly, circuitry, and troubleshooting.
*
Familiarity with surface-mount technology (SMT) and through-hole components.
*
Attention to detail and accuracy.
*
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology.
