We're seeking someone who is a self-starter, eager to learn, and passionate about improving processes. A collaborative attitude and the ability to contribute to a positive workplace culture are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding and following electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to assemble panels accurately
Cutting, stripping, and mounting wires to connect electrical units. Assembling components in a predetermined order
Inspecting and testing completed panels to ensure they meet specifications and function correctly
Identifying and fixing issues in the wiring or assembly process
Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
About You:
Proven background working with circuit boards, panel boards, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with machinery and equipment building is an advantage.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
Good communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
