Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.n2. Proven experience in data governance or data management roles, preferably in a large organization.n3. Strong understanding of data governance principles, methodologies, and best practices.n4. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on data governance.n5. Knowledge of data management technologies, such as data cataloging, data lineage, and metadata management tools.n6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data quality issues and devise effective solutions.n7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.n8. Experience in implementing data governance frameworks and driving cultural change within an organization.n9. Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks, such as DAMA-DMBOK, is desirable.n10. Professional certifications in data management or data governance (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) are a plus.
