Manual Turner

JRS Associates Ltd has partnered up with an exciting manufacturer in the local area and we're looking to add an experienced Manual Turner to the team.
The position comes due to a consistent intake of healthy, long-standing contracts meaning a need for an experienced precision engineer... see below for a detailed description of the role package and specifications of the machinist required.
The Successful Manual Turner - Package:
* £31,434 to £32,448 per annum (dependent on experience)
* + £500 Joining Fee
* Regular Days Shift (Mon to Thurs - 8:00am to 4:30pm) & ( Friday - 8:00am to 2:30pm)
* Overtime available paid at 1.5x (subject to availability)

The Successful Manual Turner - Requirements:
* Manual Turner
* Experience working on conventional Lathes
* Experience working on conventional Mills (desirable)
* Experience working on Dean Smith & Grace, Colchester Mastiff or Ajax Lathes
* Experience manufacturing components from Stainless Steel and various Exotic metals
* Experience working to tight tolerances
* Ability to read, draw and interpret engineering technical drawings
