Key Responsibilities:nAssume a central role in expediting the development of their architecture, prioritising innovation to advance the capabilities of their microservice-based platform.nCollaborate closely with team members, actively engaging in coding tasks and participating in software guilds to refine methodologies and explore emerging technologies.nFast track to management where you will build a team around you in the near futurenFoster a culture of self-improvement within your team, enabling each member to grow and develop their capabilities autonomously.nBe an advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking in all aspects of architecture development, actively seeking opportunities for enhancement and evolution within our platform.

Experience Required:nProficient Kotlin experiencenExperience with either Vue, React or AngularnStrong communication skills for conveying tool value to diverse stakeholders.nComprehensive grasp of data structures and business logic for strategic contributions.
