General duties of the Head of Computer Science will be:
* Provide strategic leadership and vision for the computer science department, driving excellence in teaching and learning.
* Develop and implement a dynamic and relevant computer science curriculum that prepares students for success in an increasingly digital world.
* Lead and inspire a team of dedicated computer science educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
* Utilize cutting-edge technology and resources to enhance the teaching and learning experience, promoting creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Establish strong partnerships with industry and community stakeholders to provide students with real-world learning opportunities and pathways to future careers in computer science.
Candidates for this role must possess a proven track record of leadership in computer science education and hold relevant qualifications and certifications.
