Zachary Daniels are partnering with a Luxury Retail Buisness looking for a Senior Customer Service Operations Manager to oversee and run their Service & Repair Centre in Southampton. This critical role will need someone with Manufacturing and Distribution experience as well as managing a large team of over 150 as well as a customer care team.

The Senior Customer Service Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management and efficient running of the centre. Working on improving productivity, developing operational strategies to enhance production and servicing whilst streamlining processes to improve KPI output.

As the Senior Customer Service Operations Manager you will have a background in production and manufacturing and have experience with managing and implementing large Projects.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor department and overall productivity and address any arising issues promptly to maintain optimal efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure comprehensive oversight of the input and output of daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and maintaining efficient workflow prioritisation.
  • Initiate and execute new projects and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our brands and enhance CS operational effectiveness.
  • Review and monitor work volumes and allocation of resource to meet budget and service delivery targets.
  • Accountability for maintaining stock/spare parts integrity with the Spare Parts & Logistics Manager.
  • Monitor production standards using quality improvement methodologies and processes.
  • Take ownership of resolving production issues, ensuring effective resolution and follow-through.

  • Experience in influencing at all levels to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering major projects within budget, on time, and meeting quality standards.
  • Proficiency in decision-making and problem-solving in high-pressure situations and acting quickly, when needed.
  • Demonstrable application of business process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Proven leader with a strong ability to coach, develop, and motivate your team with a strong understanding of people management processes and practices.
  • Experience in leading teams through change and ambiguity.
  • Proven track record in an operations management role.
  • Ability to adapt strategic priorities in response to evolving business needs, ensuring effective alignment of resources and init
