We are now recruiting for a 2 Multi-Skilled Engineers to join our Service Centre in Spennymoor, it's an exciting time to join our plant near Durham as we have significant investment projects that are on-going at the plant This isn't your usual day to day reactive maintenance role.

What’s the job duties?nTo proactively work as part of a multi-skilled team to maintain all manufacturing assets. Actively complete root cause analysis, returning the equipment in a safe and timely manner, driving efficiency, quality, and reliability improvements.nComplete maintenance using a multi skilled approach. Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, ensuring that health and safety procedures are always followed. Continually seek ways to improve all processes and procedures relating to the maintenance of equipment.nSupport site Reliability agenda: Identification of failure modes and trends, complete root cause analysis processes and drive the agreed actions. Provide support to site Project and Change Initiatives as appropriate.nEnsure all tasks are risk assessed through site specific or dynamic risk assessments. Report all maintenance tasks on CMMS system as required and to the correct standard. Involvement in continuous improvement projects.nIssue work permits and supervise contractors.

What Qualifications/Skills are we looking for?nEssential:nNVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mech/Electrical/Multi Skilled Engineering Qualification. Evidence of cross skilling is required if your qualification is of a mechanical specialism.nDesirable:n18th Edition wiring regulations.nPAT TestingnPLC qualificationsnAbrasive WheelsnWeldingnIOSHnMachine Safety (PILZ)
