We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join the Carv team and take ownership of their end-to-end supply operations as the business grows globally. This role is a blend of supply chain operations and purchasing, perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants to help shape how a pioneering product gets made and delivered. What you’ll be doing Scaling manufacturing capability to support Carv’s global growth Managing relationships with the Contract Manufacturer Leading pricing negotiations and sourcing key components Working with the Hardware team to deliver on-time, high-quality products Improving processes to drive efficiency and quality Reporting on key supply chain metrics and performance Helping define longer-term strategy around suppliers and production What we’re looking for Experience in supply chain and/or purchasing, potentially in consumer electronics Experience handling contract negotiations. Comfortable working with global suppliers (bonus if you’ve worked with partners in China, Vietnam, Mexico or Eastern Europe) Action-focused, adaptable and collaborative Passionate about skiing, or at least excited to learn Why join Carv?
