As a Quality Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of pharmaceutical products, ensuring they meet stringent regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations. Your contributions will directly impact patient safety and product efficacy, providing a profound sense of accomplishment and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address and rectify quality issues.
Handling and resolving customer complaints with a focus on continuous improvement.
Conducting thorough investigations to identify root causes of quality deviations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality control measures.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess:
A degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
Proven experience in Quality Assurance, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of CAPA processes and their application.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
