They're looking to recruit a Credit Analyst due to continued organisational growth.The Collection Analyst will be responsible for credit, collections, and diligence upkeep.The duties of the Collections Analyst include: AR Ledger account ownership and maintenanceSend statements and chase customers for resolutionResolving queries by liaising with customers and colleaguesWork with Cash Team for application of remittances when necessaryPrepare daily order status reports and action accordinglyMaintenance of diligence documentsConfident usage of Microsoft Excel is essential as this will be used on a daily basis with functions such as V-Lookups and Pivot TablesAny Ad Hoc requestsRequirements: At least 3 years experience as a credit controller.Preferably worked with Oracle or similar systemsGood with ExcelGood attitudeGood communication skillsCollections Analyst - £27,000 to £35,000 + benefits - Winnersh, Berkshire - (Hybrid 3 days in office)
