Temporary Role - 3 months with likely extension
Full Time - Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
£300 - £330 per day Umbrella inside IR35
Hybrid Working - 4 days on site / in office, 1 day at home
ASAP startAdecco are recruiting a Void Surveyor on behalf of their South-London based Public Sector client.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Be responsible for back office control, providing solutions and direct resolution with issues.
Obtain competitive quotes for larger repair works, commission consultants to advice on structural or specialist areas of work as necessary and supervise void and structural works on site.
Ensure that repairs are turned around correctly in the shortest period possible to ensure that issues do not develop into breach disrepair.
Be responsible for updating the repairs and operation managers on progress with the ability to problem solve issues and work to best practice.
Manage the process helping and controlling information for inspections and contractor management ensuring that these are carried out within the time frame allotted to this process.
Update systems, monitor and escalate issues where required.
Raise orders and manage works
Be responsible for uploading pre and post inspection photographs to SharePoint
Be responsible for giving weekly updates on repairs and disrepair, where required to the repairs technical and operations managers.
Work with partners to agree variations to ongoing works ensuring there are no delays incurred.
