Family Law Solicitor | Manchester City Centre | Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am–5:30 pm with flexible working options | £36,000 – £50,000 DOE + performance bonuses Our client is a growing Manchester City Centre law firm specialising in Family Law, committed to providing personalised, high-quality legal services with a focus on integrity, professionalism and exceptional client care. Lead a small team of 3 Family Law paralegals within a growing, ambitious practice Competitive salary plus quarterly performance bonuses and annual salary review Clear career progression and CPD support Exposure to a wide range of family law matters, including financial and child cases Manchester City Centre office with limited WFH after probation (typically 1 day/week) Supportive team culture, pension scheme, paid annual leave, and on-site parking Are you the right person for the job? You'll be a qualified Solicitor with 1–5 years PQE in Family Law, ideally with: Strong advocacy experience and exposure to financial cases Confidence in managing your own caseload and leading a small team Excellent drafting, analytical, organisational, and client-care skills Target-driven, professional, empathetic, and committed to high standards What will your role look like? Lead and manage a team of 3 solicitors while handling a varied private family law caseload Represent clients at hearings and prepare instructions for counsel Provide clear, tailored legal advice and maintain exceptional client care Draft applications, statements, schedules, bundles, and other court documents Ensure compliance with all procedures, deadlines, and court timetables Achieve billing and productivity targets while contributing to the department's financial performance What's next?
