EYFS Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the EYFS curriculum
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
* Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
* Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school
EYFS Teacher requirements:
* QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
* Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks
* Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons
* A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
