ForceField’s team of professionals in marketing, growth, strategy, and operations are currently pulled from the various portfolio companies which have a combined team of over 170 professionals across four offices.

About the Role:

As a KOL Manager specializing in Web3 technologies, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders in the blockchain and cryptocurrency community. You will play a crucial role in amplifying our clients' brand presence, driving engagement, and fostering advocacy among influential figures within the Web3 space.

Responsibilities:

Researching and identifying influential individuals within the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain developers, cryptocurrency analysts, decentralized finance (DeFi) experts, and other thought leaders.nBuilding and maintaining relationships with KOLs through various channels, including social media platforms, industry events, and networking opportunities.nCollaborating with KOLs to create engaging and informative content, such as articles, blog posts, videos, and podcasts, that align with our brand values and objectives.nLeveraging KOL partnerships to drive community engagement and foster discussions around our products, services, and initiatives.nMonitoring and analyzing KOL-driven content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.nKeeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and developments within the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain protocols, decentralized applications, and cryptocurrency markets.nSharing relevant insights and updates with internal stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy development.

This might describe you:

Proven experience in influencer marketing, community management, or related roles within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.nIn-depth knowledge of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and smart contracts.nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.nDemonstrated ability to think strategically, drive results, and adapt to evolving trends and market dynamics.nProficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.nPassion for decentralized technologies and a commitment to advancing the principles of decentralization, privacy, and user empowerment.

Compensation:

This is a full-time, contracted role. Candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.nThe compensation range is $2,000-$3,500 USD a month, depending on experience.

Our team operates completely remotely, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere. We prioritize creating a comfortable and supportive work environment for all. (Preferred Time Zone: GMT).
