The Role - Principal Systems Engineer, Microscopy & Metrology Semiconductor Process Equipment
This innovative technology leader now has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.
The prime function of the role is to manage the flow of goods and services within the organization.
The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining the supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management – negotiate delivery dates, audit suppliers and manufacturing transactions, streamline the supply chain process
Logistics and Delivery Management – monitor and manage delivery forecasts. Follow up and support delivery issues for goods and products
Performance monitoring and reporting - setting and reporting KPIs , clear and regular communication to all internal customers, initiating escalation processes for any issues or concerns
Your Background – Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
Personal Qualities:
- Confident with data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to understand requirements planning processes.
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
Education / Qualifications:
Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems (essential).
Professional Skills/ Abilities:
Essential - Supply Chain experience within an Engineering industry
Preferred – Manufacturing production background
