About the Opportunity: We are looking for a new Creative Strategy Manager to join our Strategy team to help us in coming up with the best creative ideas and social strategies for some of the biggest brands in the world. In this role you will handle complex briefs, bring clarity to ambiguity, and elevate our creative output through strong cultural understanding, sound judgment, and strategic focus. Candidates should have proven experience working within social-first environments and a deep grasp of influencer ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Lead high-value strategic proposals confidently, turning complex client challenges into clear, impactful solutions. Deliver end-to-end strategy projects with exceptional quality, ensuring insight-driven proposals anchored by a central idea. Simplify broad or ambiguous client problems into focused narratives with clear priorities. Creative Contribution: Develop bold yet strategically grounded ideas that resonate with premium and culturally relevant audiences. Present creative concepts as cohesive platforms, ensuring scalability across phases and executions. Use strong storytelling, visual references, and audience perspectives to bring ideas to life. Team Leadership & Contribution: Drive agency improvement through participation in management discussions and leadership of key initiatives (e.g., client groups, AI development, training programmes). Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and creative bravery within teams while actively supporting innovative thinking. Contribute to agency marketing via thought leadership, industry event insights, and content creation. Mentorship: Line manage interns, providing structured guidance and exposure to varied work. Temporarily manage junior team members during leadership absences, demonstrating senior leadership capability. Cultivate junior talent by refining their ability to recognise premium and culturally aligned approaches. Client Engagement & Communication: Deliver compelling client pitches, presenting ideas as memorable, story-driven solutions. Guide client understanding with logical yet emotive presentation strategies to ensure ideas resonate deeply Role Requirements: Proven experience in a strategic or creative role within another influencer agency Strong research skills with experience in distilling complex information into actionable recommendations. Ability to receive and apply criticism constructively to future work, demonstrating adaptability and a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrate strong commercial awareness by crafting strategies that are profitable for the agency, realistic for internal delivery, and aligned with client objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
