Job Summary

Data Analyst- Advanced Service Release has a responsibility to review new/major European product programs identified in the corporate cycle plan or by other means, monitoring and assessing new vehicle program development. The core task is the establishment of a program specific Service Bill of Material defining the repair and service parts brand needs to support the program.

Job Duties

Develop the Service Bill of Material (SBOM) based on technical and commercial aspects.nProgram planning of service parts: Analyse global vehicle cycle plan regarding timing, content, complexitynCreation of the list of required spare parts and accessories for the new program.nMonitor Service Release Quality and propose corrective actionsnReview part designs regarding serviceability and repair efficiencynReport on results as appropriatenSupport reporting processes, methods and solutions.

Experience required

Advanced knowledge of Ford systems for data maintenance (service parts)nMinimum 1-year of an experience in automotive industrynKnowledge of automotive engineering and general service strategy rulesnProblem solving and decision-making skillsnAttention to details and qualitynExperience using MS Office applications especially excelnGood communication skills
