Responsibilities within your new role as Senior Sous Chef
* Collaborating with the Head Chef to oversee the kitchen team.
* Contributing to menu development and upholding exceptional standards of preparation.
* Cultivating and guiding junior chefs in their professional growth.
* Coordinating with other departments to facilitate seamless service operations.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience at Sous Chef level, demonstrating a track record of growth and commitment in previous positions. This individual should exhibit a strong passion for cooking and crafting high-quality dishes, coupled with a reliable and enthusiastic approach to their work. Excellent teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
