About the role.
Work as part of the Development team to support the delivery of the Development Activity
Job Accountabilities
Business Communication: has relationships with relevant functions to support the Development process activity.
Customer: Supports hospitality for customer and high-profile visits.
Facilities: Ensures kitchen facilities, hygiene and maintenance are kept to an agreed standard in accordance with the required health and safety procedures.
Product Development Cycle: Assists the team in the product development process, including producing samples to an agreed quality standard within the required timescales.
Product Development Cycle: Collation of ingredients, samples and packaging ensuring stocks are replenished and rotated.
Product Development Cycle: Supports the development function with shopping requirements.
Behaviours: Reliable, attention to detail, flexible, organised, diligent, conscientious, presentable, personally accountable, fast paced, resilient, alignment to BV values. About you.
To be a great Kitchen Assistant you will be organised, flexible and self-motivated.
You will have:
• Valid driving licence (dependent on location)
