As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant at this 2-form entry Primary school, you will play a vital role in supporting a pupil in KS2 who has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition. Your mission will be to empower this student to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing one-on-one support to the pupil with ASC, tailored to their unique needs.
Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assisting with classroom activities and adapting them to meet the pupil's learning style.
Collaborating closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop Individual Education Plans.
Building positive relationships with the pupil, their parents, and other professionals involved in their care.
Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional well-being.What We Offer:

Relevant experience working with children with ASC or similar special educational needs.
