Role: School Receptionist
Location: Whitechapel, London
School Type: Mixed, Secondary School
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2024 Start
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and directing visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answering and managing incoming calls and emails.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Coordinating with school staff to facilitate smooth daily operations.
Managing appointment schedules and school events.
Handling inquiries and providing information about the school.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
Experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an educational setting.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
