Finatal are on a search for a FP&A Manager to join a highly profitable Private Equity backed media business. The opportunity has arisen due to their continued growth; therefore, they require a dynamic FP&A analyst to be a crucial part of their continued organic growth.
You would be an integral part of the slim finance function, working closely with senior stakeholders and report into the FP&A director. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to work in a fast-paced Private Equity environment, receive mentorship and development, and be a key growth driver in an exciting and market-leading business.
Key ResponsibilitiesnDesign and implement robust financial models to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.nDevelop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.nProvide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.nOptimize existing FP&A processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Requirements:nProven experience in financial modeling and analysis, ideally within a PE-Backed business.nStrong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.nProficiency in Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
