An ambitious market leading law firm are looking to add a Venture Builder to their newly formed innovation hub.

This is a brand new position in the firm that will have a significant impact on delivering the innovation strategy whilst helping the firms people get their initiatives and projects off the ground.


What you'll be doing:

  • Driving change across the company by fostering creativity and introducing practical tools to spot new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to assess new ideas and guide them through the early stages of development.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to regulations, managing finances effectively, tracking performance, and overseeing the launch of new ventures with transparent communication.

Skills required:

  • Substantial experience in initiating and managing large-scale projects within the technology or legal services sectors.
  • Strong client communication skills, including pitching impactful ideas, understanding commercial aspects, and effectively communicating clear plans to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, navigate uncertain situations, and innovate strategically to anticipate future trends and develop competitive strategies.
