About the Role: As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping students achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparation, working with small groups or individual students, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the classroom teacher with daily activities and lesson plans.
Working with children individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
Helping to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Assisting with the assessment of student's progress and providing feedback.
Encouraging positive behaviour and social interactions among students.Requirements:
Previous experience working with primary school children, particularly in KS1.
A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
