Position: Primary School SEND Teaching Assistant Location: Birmingham Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Support SEND students in their academic and personal development.
Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering individualized lessons and activities.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor student progress and adapt support strategies as necessary.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
Key Skills and Requirements:
Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND.
Understanding of various SEND conditions and appropriate support strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake SEND-related training.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
