About the RolenAs Head of Network and Data Centre Services, you will lead a significant service delivery group within IT Services. You will be responsible for all aspects of campus networking and data centre services, which are critical to the institution's operations. In 2023/24, the group will spearhead key projects, including the scaling-up of managed network services (including wireless), campus-wide IPv6 implementation, and the replacement or upgrading of network infrastructure.

About YounYou are an experienced leader of IT teams specializing in professional network or IT infrastructure, capable of overseeing and prioritizing a complex portfolio of services and project deliveries. You are adept at providing strategic direction and making business cases to IT governance bodies for network and data centre services, leveraging your expertise and that of your teams, along with excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. While you are open and collaborative, you are also comfortable taking responsibility and being accountable for the services delivered by your group.
