Asset Manager | London A leading pan-European real estate investment and development platform is seeking an Asset Manager to join its London team. The firm specialises in urban logistics and industrial assets across major European markets, managing a large-scale, high-growth portfolio on behalf of global investors. The Opportunity This role offers the chance to take ownership of a diverse industrial portfolio, driving performance through leasing, income optimisation, and strategic asset management. You’ll collaborate across investments, finance, legal, and design functions, working directly with senior stakeholders and capital partners. Key Responsibilities Lead leasing initiatives and negotiate transactions from initial enquiry through to completion Build and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, agents, and local market stakeholders Develop and implement value-add strategies to enhance asset performance and minimise vacancy Oversee marketing, reporting, and budgeting across the portfolio Manage third-party property managers to ensure delivery of operational and financial targets Key Requirements Proven experience in industrial and logistics asset management Strong leasing, negotiation, and DCF modelling skills Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities Self-motivated and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving UK driver’s licence and flexibility to travel to sites This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial platform reshaping the urban logistics landscape across Europe.
