Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Store Performance: Drive the performance of your store by making sound commercial decisions, coordinating with your area manager and head office teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time to maximize sales.
Team Leadership: Lead your team in fostering a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products, and delivering the best possible customer service and experience.
Team Development: Motivate and develop yourself and your team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach full potential.
Self-Management: Be self-aware, continually questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself and your store's performance.
Cultural Stewardship: Embody and promote the Pavers DNA, always leading by example.
