The Role
The Business Development Associate Director will bring strong technical skills and an established network of real estate business relationships.nIn collaboration with our directors, the candidate will manage client mandates in the debt and equity space, understanding clients’ business plans and primary objectives. They will design innovative financial solutions and play a strategic role in the growth of client businesses. You’ll be joining a high-performing team with diverse professional backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Independently source and manage new funding mandates.nRefine clients’ business plans, structure proposals, and secure market-leading terms.nManage multiple transactions from inception to completion.nEnhance market presence and product knowledge alongside the company’s directors.nRepresent in market interactions with lending partners, investors, and other professionals.nAttend networking events to promote market presence.nUphold core values of teamwork, inclusivity, professionalism, and excellent service.
Requirements
Established network of contacts in the real estate sector.nMinimum of 7 years’ experience in real estate, finance, law, or a related field involving real estate professionals.nProven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.nUndergraduate or postgraduate degree, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office. Familiarity with internal CRM systems is a plus.nHighly organised, enthusiastic, resilient, competitive, and quick to absorb details.nExcellent communication skills and a consultative approach.nAbility to think laterally and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.nPassion for working as part of an ambitious and cohesive team.
