Position: SAP IBP Director UK&I

Our client, a rapidly growing leader in Supply Chain Planning (SCP), is seeking an exceptional SAP IBP Practice Director for the UK and Ireland. This strategic role is pivotal in enhancing their reputation as a premier SAP implementation partner, driving success in both established and new markets.

Tasks
  1. Market Strategy Development:
  • Define and optimize the SAP Supply Chain Planning profile and go-to-market strategy.
  • Generate leads and opportunities within the market unit.
  • Network and partner with SAP and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver speaking engagements, publications, and marketing campaigns.
  1. Service Marketing and Delivery:
  • Manage the entire process from offer preparation to delivery and staffing strategy.
  • Promote services within partner networks.
  1. Practice Management:
  • Oversee the Supply Chain Planning practice in the UK and Ireland.
  • Ensure the success of ongoing projects.
  • Participate in key organizational structures, such as Steering Committees.
Requirements

  • Management Experience:

  • Significant experience in Supply Chain Planning as a Solution Architect or Project Manager.

  • Market Expertise:

  • Proficient in go-to-market strategies, pre-sales, servicing major accounts, and creating/delivering customer proposals.

  • Insight into market needs regarding future-oriented technologies and innovations.

  • Attributes:

  • Solution-oriented with a positive, hands-on mentality.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, authenticity, and excellent business acumen.

  • Industry Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years in the industry, with consulting experience in implementing SAP Supply Chain Planning modules (IBP, APO).

  • Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

  • Team Player:

  • Strong logical and reasoning skills, enjoyment in a global work environment, and commitment to high-quality project delivery.

  • Travel:

  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
