Eltek Systems - Project Manager

Eltek Systems are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our expanding team. We are a control and automation systems integrator operating on an international scale with a turnover of £9 million in the UK. We are part of Vinci Energies, a £12.5 billion organization.

The Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Business Development, Sales, and Project Management of control systems projects.
  2. Preparation of detailed technical customer quotations.
  3. Strong negotiation skills and liaising directly with customers throughout project stages.
  4. Leading a dedicated automation delivery team.
  5. Developing existing client relationships and identifying future requirements on site(s).
  6. Providing technical supervision of system design, build, and installation.
  7. Carrying out tendering activities with cost estimation, technical proposals, and presentations.
  8. Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety Procedures.
  9. Conducting customer site visits as required.
The Person:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Qualification to HNC/HND/Degree level in a relevant discipline or substantial experience in systems integration.
  • High ability to understand and produce control system design documents.
  • Knowledge of PLC-based control systems, HMI & SCADA coding, and machinery safety design.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance own objectives with company goals.
  • Willingness to seek assistance when required and undertake further professional development and training.
